Expand adt-bundle-mac-x1030.zip Copy the expanded directory to where you run applications e.g: /Applications or /Applications. Run adt-bundle-mac-x1030/eclipse/eclipse. From within Eclipse File - Install New Software - Available software sites - uncheck everything but dl-ssl.google.com. Edit the link for dl-ssl.google.com and change it to be https. Type google in the Work With: text box. Select the https link from the pull down while typing google.

Exit Eclipse and open Eclipse. Open Android SDK Manager. De-select all. Select upgrade only.
Install 5 packages. Click on Android SDK License, and then select accept license in lower right.
Select Install. Restart Eclipse and Android SDK Manager. Select sdk 19, 17 (for codepath examples) ( and 15 if you have glass). Select all the extras you need. Install n packages. Select the header 'Android SDK License' and then the radio button Accept License in the lower right. Repeat selecting each header and the Accept license radio button.
Select install. Restart eclipse and exit the Android sdk manager. The upgrade should be complete at this point. Install the HAXM kernel module and reboot if your hardware supports it.
